Paragon Holdings started life in 1983 investing in buy to let residential properties.

Buy to let didn't exist then as it does today so it really wasn't an easy business to get into.
The Property crash of 1989 brought hard times and prices really didn’t start to recover
until 1995. But we survived!

A considerable number of commercial properties were added to the portfolio during 2000.

2001 was residential year, and a further 18 were added to the Portfolio.

Today, we have moved out of residential and concentrate on purely commercial freeholds.
We have a number of commercial sites local to Ely and are looking for additional ones between
Cambridge and Kings Lynn.

Our Intention is to provide an interlinked range of services to help our Business customers covering:- Storage, Start up units, Offices, Retail premises and Industrial units.

Our Business customers are encouraged to trade within the group where possible to the benefit of all concerned.

Armourstore was originally a division of Albatross Trading, an exporting company that operated from 1991 until 2002.

It then became a division of Paragon Holdings until 2006 when it became a limited company and its name changed to Armourstore Ltd.

Black Bank Business Centre is undergoing a transformation with all the older storage units being replaced with new ones and upgrading work continually in progress.
